12oz. Strip steak char-broiled or blackened, mounted with onion rings, set in a pool of mustard cream sauce, served with savory rice.
FILET MIGNON
8oz. Center cut tenderloin, charbroiled and smothered with sautéed mushrooms and scallions in a peppercorn cream sauce. Served with your choice of whipped potato, savory rice or french fries.
SHRIMP SCAMPI
Seven jumbo shrimp sautéed with garlic, scallion butter, white wine, lemon and a touch of cream surrounding whipped potato, showered with fresh parmesan cheese.
BLACKENED TUNA
A Casa Loma favorite! Tuna fillet blackened in cast iron pan, topped with scallion butter and served in a pool of our homemade marinara sauce,
