The Stone Cheese Factory, now known as Casa Loma Restaurant, was erected in the early 1900's on the county line just west of St. Joseph's Hospital. In April 1919, the![]() Marshfield Dairy Company, a stock-owned company, was organized & subsequently purchased the factory. They manufactured and sold cheese, butter and dairy products. After the repeal of The Prohibition, the factory was converted into a tavern. Later, dining facilities were added.
